RETURNS ANDCANCELLATIONS:
For over thirty years, our goal has been your complete satisfaction. As an authorized Moorcroft dealer we guarantee that all of our beautiful items are first quality and in wonderful condition. As an authorized Steiff dealer we guarantee that all of our charming items will please you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be in the original condition with all of the original packaging and all original paperwork both from Moorcroft or Steiff and Today's Treasures. All antique items must be in the original packaging with all paperwork from Today's Treasures. If your order is received damaged/broken we will require you to notify us by Email within 24 hours of receipt of order. For insurance purposes, please save original carton and all packaging. To insure that you will be happy with your purchase, two members of our staff carefully inspect all items before packing and shipping.

SHIPPING:
We are happy to pay USPS priority insured shipping on all orders over $250.00 within the U.S.A. All orders under $250.00 will be charged at the USPS priority insured rate. All international and U. S. overnight orders will be charged at the chosen carrier shipping rates. We usually ship within 24 hours of your order, so you can expect it within a week.

Remember -- we offer a 10% discount to all members of the Moorcroft Collector's Club on open stock. We are sorry that we cannot offerr this discount on Collector's Club Editions, Prestige Pieces and Limited Editions. SPECIAL ORDERS:
We are happy to special order anything you wish. We require a 20% nonrefundable deposit, however your deposit will be refunded if, for any reason, Moorcroft or Steiff cannot fulfill your order. ]

LOCAL TAXES:
